Sometimes. My sister is here, and she often makes it easier, but sometimes it is confusing and frightening.

[ Arya has absolutely no idea how to respond to that. First Cisco suggested talking about what happened, and now Barry's suggesting that too? It all seems terribly counter-intuitive. She doesn't want to be reminded of what happened to her in Westeros and Braavos. She wants to forget about it, to maybe enjoy the family she has left and fill the holes inside herself.

And both of them -- Barry and Cisco -- are being so nice, and it doesn't make any sense, not when they have no reason to be. ]

i'm not sure i'm gonna be able to. i mean, not control it like that. practicing with you helped me figure out some stuff and i'm getting better at triggering the vibes now but any time i try to stop one that's already started, it feels like an axe right to the frontal lobe.
