[ Arya has absolutely no idea how to respond to that. First Cisco suggested talking about what happened, and now Barry's suggesting that too? It all seems terribly counter-intuitive. She doesn't want to be reminded of what happened to her in Westeros and Braavos. She wants to forget about it, to maybe enjoy the family she has left and fill the holes inside herself.
And both of them -- Barry and Cisco -- are being so nice, and it doesn't make any sense, not when they have no reason to be. ]

When I first arrived, the glowing box asked for my name.

I had to stop being Arya. I was not supposed to be a person -- I was no one, so that is what I put in the glow box.
